Bhadra and Madira were two wives of Vasudeva, the others being Rohini Devi and Devaki. Bhadra's children were Upanidhi, Gada, and others. Madira's children were Nanda, Upananda, Kritaka, and others. They cremated themselves with Vasudeva.

Bhadra and Madira are not mentioned as significant characters in the Hindu epic Mahabharata. The names Bhadra and Madira do not appear in the original text of the Mahabharata, and there is limited information available about these characters. It is possible that they are regional or folktale characters and not widely recognized as major characters in the mainstream Mahabharata tradition.
